The space The Jave spaces are designed to offer the perfect balance between comfort and luxury. As a result, the villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a generous 11×4 meter swimming pool and 5 terraces that offer enchanting views of the sea, the pool and the garden. The villa consists of countless places where families and groups come together to create their most precious moments. With the added luxury of a heated swimming pool, The Jave is an ideal choice for visits in all four seasons. And there is so much more to discover around... Guest access Our guests are more than welcome to use and enjoy the entire house. Other things to note After a booking, the owner will contact you about the deposit to be paid. For a short stay of 4 days the amount is €500. For a longer stay €1.000,00. The cleaning costs include the linen package of towels, bath towels, beach towel and bed linen (€ 18 per person/week) and the final cleaning of 300 euros. We only accept bookings from people who are older than 21 years. For a long stay (more than 3 weeks) electricity is not included in the price.
