We welcome large groups! Our fully renovated midcentury ranch sleeps 10 guests in real beds across 5 bedrooms! The home is 15 minutes from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and 10 minutes to Georgia World Congress Center and other Atlanta attractions. The space Heads up that the photos show 2 beds in one room.....we have moved one of the beds to the 5th bedroom so allow more space to spread out. Enter through the front door into the bright comfortable living room. The home has been professionally designed for your enjoyment. The living room has a large smart TV, a sofa, arm chair, coffee table, chess set, and lamp. The home has beautiful hardwoods throughout, a kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the kitchen equipment to cook your meals. There is seating for 8 at two dining tables inside. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the back deck while the kids play in the large level back yard. The backyard is NOT fully fenced. Please supervise kids and dogs in the backyard at all times. Dogs must be on leash. There are 3 Queen bedrooms upstairs with dressers for clothes storage, bedside tables, and lamps. There is not a ceiling fan - just a ceiling light. One of these bedrooms has a tv. The upstairs and lower level each have a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The first basement bedroom has a queen bed, a large dresser, and a smart TV. The second basement bedroom has a queen bed and has its own bathroom. The first basement bedroom guest will use the upstairs bathroom. It is a daylight basement with plenty of light coming into all the rooms. Our laundry area is fully stocked and available for you to use during your stay. If you will be doing more than 1 or 2 loads of laundry please bring your own laundry detergent. The dryer can take a little longer than average so plan to dry for 2 cycles to get your clothes completely dry. IMPORTANT: The photos show that one of the bedrooms has 2 beds. Actually, one of those beds was moved to the 5th bedroom. That 5th bedroom has its own bathroom. Now, 4 bedrooms use the upstairs bathroom and the 5th bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Other things to note Please book for the maximum number of guests that will be in the home. If you want to have your friend over for lunch, add her to the guest count. We do not host stays for birthdays or other types of celebrations. After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address. This home is strictly ----No Smoking---- and if there is evidence of smoking in the house upon check out you will incur a $200 extra cleaning fee. We do not want any smoking of any kind in the home. If a non-smoking house will pose an inconvenience, please do not book this home. Trash pick up is Wednesday mornings. Put the green trash bin on the street on Tuesday night. We do not offer Cable TV. Just a fire stick. The backyard is not fully fenced. Do not let your dog run off-leash. The neighbors have dogs that occasionally are off-leash so it is very important that you supervise all backyard use. We are a pet friendly home and can host your fur baby if they are under 30lbs. Tell us about them when you inquire and add them to the guest count! We clean thoroughly after our pet guests but if you are someone who is allergic to pets we cannot guarantee that the home is free from all pet dander. We offer early check-in and late check-out for a fee. We ask that you arrange these services shortly after booking as we arrange our cleaning services based on your arrival and departure times.
