Quiet location, with privacy and perfect for resting, full of vegetation and peace to live a different experience. The space The Casona is on a 530mt plot. It has a large living room with TV. The kitchen is perfect for preparing your meals and the best barbecue is on the 50-square-meter balcony area, with a view of nature. Two en-suite bedrooms, one with a double bed with air-conditioning on the upper floor with a wonderful sunset and the other downstairs with two single beds that can be joined together, too, has both options, with a fan, nature view, they are very private. A laundry area, and the best part is the 3 x 4 swimming pool, with a shallow part for children and a deep part. Besides that, there is a beautiful garden full of plants to make you feel like you are in another world. Guest access There are no common areas. Everything is private, you don't need to share anything with anyone. Other things to note The agent is a couple (Johanna) who made that house with a lot of love, so we want people who want to rent and experience staying at Casona do Kai to be people who respect the tranquility and the environment. We have reglas with respect to the cash of sound, not allowed events or visits. We want to build our space and respect our neighbours.
