We welcome you to our family farmhouse, which has been in our family for over 150 years. This charming 1860’s home has been lovingly updated and is nestled on 2 acres of land, surrounded by a 20-acre working farm. The home is ideally suited for smaller groups yet has the living space and bedrooms for large groups or multiple families. You will enjoy relaxing in the spacious old farmhouse or activities in the large surrounding yards, with yard games, a fire pit and cooking & dining available. The space The rocking chair front porch welcomes you to this historic farmhouse with modern conveniences. The cozy sitting room with refinished original wood floors is the perfect spot to curl up with a good book. The country-style kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances and a variety of cooking tools and utensils ready for guests to prepare their favorite meals. Sit at the vintage kitchen table for casual dining and enjoy the large windows that bring in wonderful natural light and a view of the old red barn. The large formal dining room has plenty of space to entertain your entire crew. In the family room, the 65” ROKU television allows you to use your favorite screening apps (your login) - the perfect spot to stream or watch your favorite sports teams, or just relax! To complete the first floor, you will find the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, an updated bathroom, and a laundry room and mudroom. Up the stairs, you will find four additional bedrooms and two updated baths. Two of the upstairs bedrooms are each equipped with one queen-size and one full-size bed. A third bedroom has a queen-size bed and an attached bedroom with 2-twin beds, the perfect spot for kids. Enjoy a fire pit surrounded by chairs (not available winter months) set amidst a large grassy lawn, barn, and lush tree foliage ensuring privacy. Corn hole is provided outside. A gas barbecue and two large old wooden picnic tables are available as well for outdoor cooking and dining in season. The driveway provides ample parking.
