Beautiful riverside location, opposite large parkland, overlooking farmland of Brisbane. Four BBQs and exercise stations in park. Home has music studio with grand and upright pianos in rustic, yet Mediterranean style setting with archways in double brick. Guests may play the piano on request. Situated on a tree-lined central road, known for its Jacarandas. Shopping areas and transport minutes away. Public boat ramp, golfing, swimming pool, bowling, dining facilities on same road. The space 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges, dining, kitchen and laundry, patio. Guest bedroom has double bed. Floor mattress is provided if necessary, or for child (over age 5). I do not wish to accept responsibility for children under 5 - staircase, property not fully fenced. Guest access Guest bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, lounges (music room when not in use); outdoors. During your stay I work from home as my music room and library are here. There is also a large garden to care for! This means that I may be available to assist you outside music teaching and practising hours. I have travelled extensively and I am keen to meet and interact with people from all over the world. I have a large collection of books, including cookery books which may be viewed by guests. Other things to note Children under 5 years not catered due to potential dangers. One small security camera in entrance on wall near electrical meter box. I do not have a paid recording service for the camera. It is not meant to spy on guests but to protect from potential intruders. There is no other system in the house. No one is being recorded.
