Five minute walk to the rail trail with hiking, biking and cross-country skiing. It's five minutes to downtown Rosendale by car with its famous tressle, theatre and local restaurants. Kingston and New Paltz are a 15 minute drive with a wide variety of eateries, bars, the Hudson River and historical sites. Woodstock is a 25 minute drive. This an open "studio" space. The property is rural but only a 5 minute drive from Rosendale. The property borders some 500 acres of woods that extend almost to Kingston. In downtown Rosendale you can park on the street or go into the municipal lot behind the theatre. You can enter that lot two ways, on Hardenburg St or by the brick church. You can only come out on Hardenburg. There is a charging station way up in the back by the stage. It is also where you park if you want to climb up Joppenburg Mountain.
