Wellness gîte on a Lauragais farm

Massipet is a peaceful accommodation, offering a relaxing stay with family or friends. Located in the Lauragaise countryside, you can experience a stay of visits, walks or hikes, swimming in a river or lake, sports activities, or simply moments of relaxation. From April to October you will enjoy the pool and hot tub. Please note, as the 6 bedrooms are located on floors 1 and 2, the accommodation is not suitable for people with mobility. The space The accommodation includes a large living room overlooking a large terrace and private garden, equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, living room and two shower rooms each with a toilet. The whole is about 180 m², for a private and comfortable cottage. Linen is provided for stays longer than 4 nights, rental is possible (€15/room for linens, €5/person for towels) for shorter stays Note that the 6 bedrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors, with a spiral staircase. So it's not very suitable for people with disabilities. Outside you benefit from a hot tub and a swimming pool (from April to October). We share them with the cottage but we make a discreet use of it, respecting the beaches of use of our guests. Being located in the countryside, we are lucky to live in a preserved environment, and therefore neighbors of other inhabitants, such as deer, hares, but also in certain seasons some bees, or sometimes a mouse attracted by the food. Guest access The cottage is privatized, and you will have access to the entire garden of the property. Your vehicles will be parked safely in a dedicated area. Pets are welcome as long as they accept other pets (dog, cats and chickens). Other things to note Check-in from 5pm. Check-out before 11am.
