Apartment for 4 people in a Savoyard chalet 5 min. walk from the village square and 8 min. walk from the ski lifts (a shuttle can also take you there). Paths from walks are 50 meters from the apartment. The space The 36 m2 apartment, on the 1st floor, consists of a living room-kitchen on the ground floor, an open bedroom upstairs with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet, and an open mezzanine with 2 single beds on the 2nd floor. It also includes a private terrace of 24 m2 facing west with views of the mountains and equipped for the summer (garden furniture, table, chairs, umbrella and charcoal barbecue). A parking space in front of the chalet is available during your stay. For your Savoyard evenings, raclette and fondue sets are available. Possibility of renting baby accessories (baby bed, bathtub, etc.). In winter, you have access to a ski locker on the ground floor. The fireplace is unusable. Self check-in. Check-in time is from 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The beds are made upon arrival and linens are also provided (towels, tea towels). Cleaning and disinfection are carried out after each rental, but we ask that you leave the apartment in a suitable condition similar to the one in which you found it. Cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner are available in the apartment. We ask that you empty the garbage cans, empty the fridge and barbecue, wash and store the dishes, and remove the sheets from the beds and put them in the empty linen bags available. Any abuse regarding the cleanliness of the apartment and resulting in additional cleaning hours will be at your expense. No smoking apartment. Pets allowed at no extra charge. Other things to note You will receive the information for your arrival one or two days before your stay. Check-in is autonomous. Any damage, disappearance or breakage must be reimbursed.
