Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, at an altitude of 300 meters with a beautiful view of the sea which is 8 kilometers away as the crow flies. The space On the 2nd floor are the apartment, 2 rooms, a total of 40 square meters, modernly furnished with a beautiful bathroom which is accessible from the bedroom. The bathroom has a bidet and the shower is at ground level. The washing machine and cleaning utensils are in a separate room on the floor. A 16 square meter sun terrace belongs to the apartment. Guest access The two apartments on the first floor have their own house access. Other things to note Parking, even for motorhomes or caravans, is available on the premises.
