Enjoy some rest in a fully renovated, independent house with all the comforts. Gite dedicated to rest so no wifi… Close to all shops in a few minutes (supermarket, bank, pharmacy...). Close to the ski resorts of Mont-Dore (40 min) and Super Besse (1 hour). The space Charming cottage of 100 m², classified 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, facing south over 2 floors, capacity 6 people maximum, including: On the ground floor: - a large open room including, an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic gas stove, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, beer tap, raclette service, etc.). - a living room with sofa and TV with DVD player and DVD. - a living room with table and chairs. Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and one bedroom with 2 90x190 beds) - on the landing, a sleeping area with a sofa bed (2 mattresses 90x190) and a clothes rack. - A children's area, with books and small games (cards, ...) - a shower room with double sink, with washing machine, hair dryer and curling iron. - a separate toilet.
