Beautiful house in the Curacaví Valley, La Aurora Condominium, just 45 minutes from Santiago and 1 hour from Viña del Mar. Enjoy a jacuzzi for 6 people and a 28°C heated pool from September to March. Large quincho designed for sharing. In summer, the pool is the protagonist, while in winter, the quincho offers a closed and warm atmosphere. It has a clay oven, grill, stove, internal heating (wood, with purchase), Wi-Fi and cable TV. Come and enjoy! The space The plot has a 5000m2 plot of land where there are two houses. The main house of owners and the stone house, which is the house for rent. The houses have separate patios, with separate entrances, but both with access to the pool, this being the only thing shared between both houses. It should be noted that the rest of the rental house is for exclusive use, as are the jacuzzi, quincho and parking. Guest access Gazebo, terrace and fire pit area, exclusively for guests, as well as the Jacuzzi. Shared pool access with the plot owners, in case they want to use it. Other things to note We invite our guests to fully enjoy every corner of the house and pool, always maintaining the commitment to the care and hygiene of the environment. As a refuge designed for rest and family gatherings, we appreciate respecting the condominium's rules of coexistence, keeping the music at a moderate volume.
