Access to the garden is via either the bifold or the side door from the boot room at the side of the house. The garden is laid to grass and fenced with raised borders and beds. The space is large and bright with a king sized bed, smart TV, WiFi, 2 seater sofa, tea and coffee making facilities and a bookcase. Guest access 3 bedrooms are available in the house and the studio offers separate sleeping and studio living for 2. The total sleeping arrangements being 7; 5 in the house and a further 2 in the annexe (studio) Other things to note We do not allow pets at the house, we also do not allow parties.
