Kick back and relax in this bright, quiet space. The studio "Lichtblick" is located on the 2nd floor, on the south side. Living space approx. 30 sqm. Renovation until 2022. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the property. The space Since it is a studio, everything is in one room except for the bathroom. Please look at photos to see the interior design. The sofa can be transformed into a very cozy bed within seconds. TV is about 42 inches. Guest access The guests have the entire 2nd floor is available. There are 2 studios and in between 1 bathroom, which is used by all guests (max 4). On the 1st floor, the SuperSauna (Finnish or tropical) can also be used by guests, by arrangement, with a separate entrance. Use is subject to a fee. Bathrobes, slippers and a towel are included. Other things to note Guests use the (only) house entrance door and reach the 2nd floor through the staircase also used by the residents, 30 steps. The ground floor and the 1st floor are private areas, as is the garden.
