Swimming area and grocery store are within walking distance. You can get to Vaxholm (the capital of the archipelago) in 5 minutes (by car) or 10 minutes (by bus). From here, you can explore the Stockholm archipelago by boat with all its fantastic islands one day and the next explore Stockholm city with all its sights. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you could imagine. The space The house, which was built in 2022, is about 80 sqm (60 + 20) and is fully furnished and consists of 5 beds distributed in a spacious sleeping loft (20 sqm) with a double bed and 2 separate bedrooms on the lower floor (bedroom 1 with a single bed and bedroom 2 with a double bed that can be made into 2 single beds). Well-equipped, large kitchen (incl. Fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher) in an open plan with the living room. Lovely large windows with generous light. Fireplace and 65-inch TV. 2 patio doors with exit to large patio in south and southwest location with 2 sets of dining areas (6+ 4 seats) as well as sun and relaxing chairs. Lounge furniture (sofa, 2 armchairs and glass table) with seating for 5 people Fully tiled bathroom with shower and combined washer/dryer and towel dryer. The entire downstairs has water-based underfloor heating. The house is surrounded by its own plot of just over 500 sqm with its own entrance with space for at least 3 cars including a free charging station. There is a lawn, bushes and fruit trees with limited visibility from neighbors and passers-by. Quiet location with walking distance to ICA grocery store, swimming area and direct bus to Stockholm. There is also a steamboat dock within walking distance for Waxholm boats in towards Stockholm (Strömkajen) or further out in the Stockholm Archipelago). Other things to note Clean sheets and towels are provided for all guests. As a guest, you are expected to clean thoroughly before you check out (wiping surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors). The house should be left in the same condition as when you arrived.
