There is a separate dining area with a large table. The living room is cozy with a big flat screen TV and an electric fireplace. You can connect to the internet to login to some of the popular streaming channels like Netflix, Discover+, or Disney+. High speed Spectrum Wifi is provided! Also available is a desk/work area in the upstairs loft, if you must work while on vacation. There is a large deck overlooking the lake with a patio table and chairs. The house sits on 55 feet of beautiful Long Lake frontage. Also available for use is our dock, propane grill and 5 kayaks. ***An 10 passenger Pontoon boat with 50hp Mercury motor is available for rent for the length of your entire stay at the reasonable rate of $225/day, and $250/day for less days. A separate contract and waiver is required for rental. Guest access The whole house is accessible. During your stay you will have access to the entire house, driveway, patio, dock, grill and kayaks! Please be respectful of our neighbors and stay in our yard only. We have one close neighbor and the West property line is right along our shed. The East side, although an open lot, is private property not owned by us. *Rent our pontoon boat or bring your own boat! We have an 10 passenger Pontoon boat with 50hp Mercury motor available for rent for the length of your entire stay at the reasonable rate of $225/day, and $250/day for a shorter number of days.
