#5 Long-term Stay by Big Cedar Wilderness

We welcome guests who stay 30 nights or longer. Get big savings of 35% because if you stay long-term you won't pay any state or city taxes (which total an additional 15% for shorter stays) and you'll get a 20% long-term discount from us, too! There are 5 guest rooms in our newly remodeled home. We're just 20 minutes from downtown Dallas, located near hospitals, schools and other places of employment. Most of our guests are long-term and come to work, to study, or just to rest. The space The house is on a cul-de-sac which cuts down on traffic. Out the back of the house is a park, and across the street from the park is a rec center and a wildlife preserve. Guest access The kitchen is shared, and each room is assigned cupboard space, pantry space, and fridge and freezer shelf space. More details are in the house manual. Guests also share the living room, the kitchen, the laundry alcove, and the two beautiful bathrooms. During your stay I live just 10 minutes away - so I am available when I'm needed - and I stop by from time to time to check on things or for a cup of coffee with a guest. Other things to note All guests must be disclosed on the booking and paid for in advance. These will be considered 'authorized'. A guest is any adult or child at the property, whether staying the night or visiting. No unauthorized guests may be on the property at any time.
