Adorable farm cottage (studio) in Preston, ID

Your private cottage is surrounded by beautiful farm and ranch land. This cottage, located just 1.5 miles south of Preston’s city center, is the perfect place to relax, view the mountains and enjoy the outdoors. You will have spectacular views of the Bear River mountain range to the East, and you may see and hear sheep bleating, hawks soaring, owls hooting, horses whinnying, sprinkler lines watering the fields, and tractors working in the distant fields. The space The cottage is not ADA compliant. There are three step-ups: one is an 8-inch step up to the porch, a 5-inch step at the front door threshold, and a 4-inch step into the bathroom. Guest access This is a stand-alone studio farm cottage. Guests have private use. Our listing indicates two guests. There is a queen bed, and a very comfortable pull out couch, making 4 guests possible. These are both in one room as this is a studio. Keep in mind, there is one bathroom. Other things to note The cottage is on an emergency generator backup system. If power fails, the generator will pick up the electrical load until power is restored. No need to worry about loss of heat, A/C, lights due to grid down-time.
