The space The house has high-beamed ceilings, lots of big windows, and a finished basement-plenty of space to spread out. There are lots of stairs, please take note. There are lots of photos. Most sleeping arrangements will require going upstairs. Bedrooms have A/C and there are lots of fans. Some summer days are warmer than others. Enjoy the water out front, boating, and the private beach. Great private swim spot with a sandy bottom and an amazing boating spot. There is a very large yard in a quiet corner. The house is set back from the road and feels secluded, even during the busy summer season. Plenty of parking and garage space. There are covered upper and lower decks, patios overlooking the water, and multiple entrance access points. Outdoor spaces with seating, lounge chairs, and a table-top gas fire pit. Bicycles, paddleboards, kiddo scooters, life jackets & kayaks are available for use.
