Seahouse sleeps 7. Two rooms have queen beds the 3rd comprising 3 single beds one being a bunk configuration. There are two toilets, one bathroom with shower. There's a reverse cycle air conditioner for your comfort if required. Flat screen 42inch HD Oled TV from which you can access your streaming services. Free Wi- Fi for those that love the net or need to keep in touch with the outside world. The best phone service for the area is Telstra, Optus reception is also good at the property. The dinning table can also be utilised as a workspace with a view if required. Outside there is extensive decking on 3 sides with 3 different alfresco dinning options and of course views. A BBQ/Grill is also ready to go on the deck. Unlike many properties in the area the yard is extensive and easily accessible from the lower driveway for parking extra cars, boats or for the kids to run around. Native plants attract a wide variety of colourful bird life including Parrots, Red Brested Robins, Blue Wrens and various honey eaters. If you're lucky you may see the local White Breasted Sea Eagles soaring overhead. Guest access You'll have the property to yourself. The house and yard are yours to enjoy during your stay. The garage, while attached to the house is private and not accessible to guests. Within the house there are several locked cupboards that contain private supplies and cleaning products that are not accessible to guests. Other things to note During your stay We are available by phone from 8 am to 9 pm if you have any questions during your stay. So we know you've safely arrived a brief confirmation message would be appreciated. A quick message on departure would also help us organise cleaning as early as possible for our next guests.
