The space In the separate bedroom, there is a large double bed and an open wardrobe. From here you can go to the seating area in the countryside with morning sun. In the living area, the wood-burning stove ensures coziness. The kitchen meets all the usual requirements with a large cooking range and oven. Under the sleeping loft with a large mattress is the modernly designed shower room. The terrace is completely protected, so you can sit outside even in the rain and when it gets cool. Other things to note The tiny house was built in May 2022 and has been fully equipped ever since. The house is fully usable with electricity, hot water, Wi-Fi and the described amenities. Above all, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and there is also something for children with a sandbox and a small seating set. Meanwhile, there is also a wallbox for charging an electric car with 11 kW. The terrace is protected against rain and can therefore be used as another room. A second tiny house has been on the property since November 2023. This is permanently inhabited by a small family. Since the houses are oriented differently, you don't notice the neighbors much.
