The living/dining room has a comfortable sofa bed and a large TV with multiple cable channels and access to apps such as Netflix where you can use your account, a large dining table and an inviting balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for a pool-view meal. Outside the common garden, you will find a fantastic swimming pool with a separate children's pool and an excellent green area, with a children's area, so that children can play and enjoy a unique family moment with the family. The location could not be better, as all amenities are within walking distance of the apartment, the latest 3x3 basketball court, a playground and mini-golf, including a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shopping mall and supermarkets, and the nearest beaches (Praia do Inatel and Praia dos Alemães). Guest access The sofa bed is only prepared when there are reservations for more than 2 people. If there are only 2 people and they want to use the sofa bed, there will be an extra charge of €50 to prepare it.
