Quiet location. Easy to access from London by direct train or road. Private guest area with own fenced and gated garden. Ample off road parking. 15 min walk along footpath to train station and large supermarket. Garden centre, restaurant and public golf course on same road. Numerous high quality restaurants in this and nearby villages. WiFi TV with Amazon prime and Disney Plus guest access. Coffee pod machine, kettle and fridge. The space The guest area is spacious with a combination of modern fittings and traditional features, such as the oak beams above all windows. The guest area central heating system which can be controlled by guests. There is a dining area, relaxation area and a work space within the main reception hall. The double bedroom is a good size and the bathroom has a fitted suite, with a powerful mixer shower. Guest access Private driveway and parking. Your area is accessed via a private gate and your private seating and lawn area is completely fenced in and secluded. Our two malamute dogs have permanent access to the fenced in garden around our main living area and do not have access to the guest area. They do like to vocally say hello but are very well trained dogs and are extremely friendly unless we tell them not to be. Check-in is by lock box but if you prefer a face to face check-in just let us know and if possible then we are very happy to do that. Other things to note Non smokers/non vapers only. Your choice of milk will be waiting for you in the fridge. Our reversible ‘Emma’ mattress topper allows the option of either a firmer or softer mattress feel - just let us know which you’d prefer. Please note that while there is WiFi - which the tv services run from - it is not a strong signal. Consequently the tv streaming is not always smooth. We have chickens and two wonderful and beautiful malamute dogs on site, but all are kept away from your stay area via secure fencing. This area is popular with both road and off-road cyclists. Bikes can be stored securely in one of our lock ups, if desired.
