Super location: Central, quiet and safe

4 minutes from tramway line 3 to the beach or downtown. A 10 minute walk to the main train station (5 if you go by tramway). The residence is very well located, with huge gardens if you want to enjoy the calm in the middle of the city. My cat and I live in the house, plus my father or sister who comes to visit me from Chile a few weeks a year. The space The room is big and comfortable... Guest access The kitchen is quite big and has a spacious table that is accessible to everyone to eat and share time talking (but if you prefer privacy you can also eat in your room which also has a small table). I currently work from home, so the living room is dedicated to my personal space since I use it as an office. During your stay I am always available to answer any questions, tips for things to do in the city, etc. We can also share a few coffees or beers from time to time. At the moment I have a heavy workload and work from home, so most of the time I will be here, but working in my dedicated Office space. Other things to note There are 3 rooms in the house, and 2 of them for airbnb, so you will surely meet and share with people of different nationalities and cultures when you are here.
