Located just a 20 minute walk into Newquay town with all the bars and restaurants on offer. Close to Porth beach which is approximately a ten to fifteen minute walk away. Sole use of the TV lounge with a 65 inch tv with Netflix and Prime . Guest access Bedroom with lockable door own en suite . Outdoor seating area. Own parking space . Sole use of the lounge During your stay I will be home to welcome guests and show them to their space .
