Heart of Stuart 2 Bedroom Home

Come enjoy friends and family, or escape for some quiet time to yourself. This 2/2 home has a kitchen, back porch, and great location, centered in the heart of Stuart. The space This 900 sq ft home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a kitchen and living room. The screened back porch is a great place to relax and enjoy the Florida weather. Other things to note Beach towels are provided, and we have a guest book that lists nearby restaurants and things to do. No smoking anywhere on the property. This home has a queen bedroom with a hall bathroom, and a king bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and gadgets. If you think you may need something that isn't standard in a rental, let us know and if we can get our hands on it we will! (Note: PLEASE do not use knives on our cookware or baking sheets. We have had to replace more than we care to admit and will need to charge for this type of damage). If you plan on gathering inside for meals and would like a folding table/chairs, we can provide those for you. There is a breakfast bar with stools inside, as well as a table and 4 chairs on the screened in porch. The backyard has a wooden pergola and picnic table for outdoor dining. We have a pack n play, high chair, and small air mattress available upon request for those traveling with small children. There is also a list of local playgrounds in the guest book for your convenience. There is a grocery store (Publix) less than two minutes away by car. We also have Sprouts, The Fresh Market, Aldi's, Costco, Sams, and Walmart around town. Our public beaches have warning flags that signal the current safety of the water. Make sure to look for the flag so you know if there may be a rip current or strong waves if you plan to swim. Bathtub Beach is usually calm and good for small children. Some of our side beaches do not have lifeguards. There are beach wheelchairs available at our lifeguarded beaches and lifeguards will assist upon request. More information can be found in our guestbook at the house. Keep in mind we have sea turtles that lay eggs on our beaches. Their nests are protected and marked with stakes on the beach for monitoring. Please keep your distance from sea turtle nests. If you plan to be out at night at the beach, regular flashlights can disorient the turtles. There are turtle-friendly handheld lights that are red or yellow, so please be aware and look into those. There are alligators in many of the waterways. If you are near a pond or canal, do not stand near the water's edge with small children. For everyone's safety, please keep your distance and never feed the alligators. They are fast.
