A haven for families, our sunny yard has lots of lawn, secure fencing and a luxe outdoor entertaining room adjoining to the resort style heated pool and spa. Spend your day at the beach, hop on a train to the city or relax pool side on the lounges whilst watching the kids. This family home offers it all. The space Live like a local in our home. It is fully fitted out for a family with primary school aged kids. Toys, books, board games, beach toys and towels, boogie boards, bedding is all included so you can instantly feel at home while on holidays. 3 living areas plus 4th outside undercover. Living room 1 is the open plan area off the kitchen with stone hearth and gas fireplace. Overlooks the backyard. Living room 2 is the cosy TV room with piano and a couch large enough for 6 adults. Living room 3 is upstairs as an open plan play room for kids plus TV and couch. Living room 4 is outside with 8 seater dining table, outside fireplace, outdoor couches and is fully weatherproof thanks to premium cafe blinds. The kitchen features a butlers pantry, large fridge, gas cooktop, microwave and stove. Fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking utensils and items you need to host a dinner party or BBQ. Working pantry, thus should have everything you need for your stay condiments wise. Stovetop coffee and coffee plunger. Ground coffee is be provided. Bedrooms 1 is upstairs. Spacious master with king bed and ensuite with separate toilet. Bedroom 2 is upstairs. It has a queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and has a single bed. Bedroom 4 is upstairs. It has a single bed with underneath single trundle bed that can be rolled out for use. Sheets and bedding will be provided should you wish to use. Bedroom 5 is downstairs a study with a double sofa bed. It has doors and can be used as a study or a 5th bedroom to sleep two adults (or kids). If you wish to use it as a bedroom please advise at the time of booking and it will be ready made. The outdoor yard is generous in size with gardens wrapping the perimeter and lawn at the front side and back for lots of outdoor play. Pool is heated to 28 degrees and the spa heats up to temperature in only 20 minutes. Lighting and cleaning is all automatic. Stay cool in summer with refrigerative air conditioning at the touch of a button, fans upstairs in bedrooms 2-4 and stay cool splashing in the pool! Fur babies are welcome but we ask that they are house trained. Please describe your pet in your booking request. Guest access Enjoy it all. Except the garage which will be out of use. The driveway will fit two cars and on street parking is free. Other things to note Extra security with high front fences with locks/gate codes. Very secure for dogs and kids!
