Welcome The space The Cave-Apartment is located next to our house, but separate. It has 45m2 of interior space and 20m2 of terrace-garden. The bedroom has a 150cm bed and a sofa bed in the 130cm wide living room. The kitchen has a 2-burner stove, a large electric oven, a 145 cm fridge with a separate freezer, and new furniture. Extendable dining table up to 120x60cm. Bathroom with stand alone shower, 170cm bathtub and stand alone Wc. The bathtub is recommended not to abuse its use to save , as we are aware of the splurge that this entails. The central space has a glass ceiling of 3x1.2 m and a skylight over the shower that invades the bathroom area. A sofa bed that's a 180cm long by 139 wide sofa bed. The entire space has windows and glass doors with stores for when you want to have absolute privacy. You have independent access to the side of a mountain with great views of the village and even the sea. There are several spaces to enjoy in the middle of nature, such as a 4m x 2.5m wooden platform to use as a solarium or yoga area. In addition to an elevated platform on a huge tree ( eucalyptus) where you can install hammock or mats to rest, read, or even if you want to sleep. You have access to a mountain with several trail options to lose yourself for several hours in a natural space 300m above sea level, from which you can contemplate the entire town of Arucas, Las Palmas and the sea. At the top of the mountain is the Lomo Jurgon Nature Classroom. (search the internet for photos) The cave apartment will soon have a separate entrance. For now it shares the same entrance but once you're in the space the interaction with us is almost zero. Guest access The accommodation is independent with all the amenities in the same space except the washing machine, which is a few meters away in the backyard of our house, which can be accessed without doors. The outdoor spaces on the mountainside, such as the platforms for relaxation, solarium, and yoga, both the one on the ground and the one above the tree, are shared with us. Other things to note You can park in front of the house. There is always parking on a wide dirt road, very accessible and in good condition. You can walk to Villa de Arucas. There are many trails for walking, for example to Pico de Osorio (700m). Distances: 10 minutes to get to Teror. 15 min drive to the city of Las Palmas. 25 minutes to Agaete. 10 min drive to the coast of Arucas, where you will find a beach area, natural pools and a cliff area with well-marked trails to explore the entire coast.
