“Sunnyside Weymouth” is a bright, spacious 3-bed home with parking, just a short walk from the award winning beach, harbour, shops, and cafes. Unwind in the large, comfy lounge with Smart TV, cook with ease in the well-equipped kitchen, and relax in the sunny garden. Ideally located for exploring local attractions and the stunning Jurassic Coast, with scenic trails, historic sites, and family-friendly activities all nearby. The space Step into a welcoming hallway with open storage under the stairs for shoes and buggies. The kitchen awaits with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and main oven with grill. You'll also find a microwave, toaster, kettle, and all necessary cooking equipment and utensils. Plastic plates and glasses are available for outdoor use or for little ones.

Head to the back door and discover a large boiler cupboard with an airer for drying beachwear, plus an iron and ironing board for your convenience. You’ll also find the large shower room featuring a toilet, shower, and sink with storage.

Also downstairs, there's a dining room with a table to sit 6 and a highchair available. The connecting cozy lounge offers a large sofa for 4-5 people and a cuddle chair for 1-2. The footstool has blankets for doggies who love to snuggle on the sofa. The mini games room boasts a large TV with HDMI, Scart, or USB connections, perfect for any gaming console.

Upstairs, you'll find three lovely bedrooms. The twin room has a single wardrobe for your dressy outfits and a full-length mirror. Bedroom 2 can be a king-size or two singles on request, offering a smart TV, wardrobe with hangers, and a full-length mirror. The spacious king-size Bedroom 3 features a smart TV, ample storage space, and a lovely chill area in the bay window, perfect for a morning cuppa. A travel cot is available (bring your own sheets). Two of the three rooms have hairdryers, and all rooms have USB charging sockets.

The fully enclosed garden includes a decked area with a table and chairs for six, plus a sunny spot with wooden seating for relaxing at the end of a busy day. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Furry friends have access to downstairs only please. A stair gate is there to assist with this quest! Other things to note Bedding and bath towels are included in the hire and cleaning costs. Bedroom two is a zip link king size and can therefore be a twin on request. We understand that dogs are part of the family and want to come on holiday too! We ask that only dogs who are happy to sleep downstairs stay at Sunnyside. We also provide blankets for the sofa so that they can enjoy those important snuggles whilst ensuring sofas are kept nice for all our guests, particularly those who may have allergies.
