The lovingly designed apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Neustadt. In the attic there is a double bed and on the ground floor the well-known Hemnes guest bed. The apartment has a green garden and two terraces with a beach chair. There is a TV in the sea room, but also a projector if you want to watch something on vacation. Welcome to the Baltic Sea ! The space The sea period is not a standard apartment, but an individual, very cozy home with a maritime flair, which we also like to use ourselves to relax. If you are looking for a hotel apartment from the catalog, you will certainly be happier elsewhere. Guest access The apartment has a green garden with a part that is only available to you and a shared part. There is a covered breakfast terrace and a south terrace with beach chair and also a surf and bike shed with things you can use. Other things to note In Neustadt, Pelzerhaken and Rettin, every guest receives the Ostseecard. It offers some discounts, e.g. for the bus or for the surf station. Adults pay €3.10 per night in the peak season. For children, the card is free.
