With public transport (underground, trams and busses) in less than 5 minutes walking distance, it takes less than 20 minutes to be pretty much anywhere in Vienna - museums, St.Stephans cathedral, Schoenbrunn, Danube or the many wine taverns in the Viennese vinyards. The immediate neighbourhood of Josefstadt is worth seeing too- with walking distance to Brunnenmarkt and the trendy Yppenplatz The space This beautiful 2-room appartement is located on the fourth floor with elevator access in an old, yet renovated, building typical of the traditional Viennese charme. Through wingdoors you enter the flat into a sunny living room filled with carefully selected Vintage mid-century furniture- we ask you to please take good care of these! Parties are not permitted in this flat. The sofa can be pulled out to a sofa bed and offers space for two people to sleep. Next to the living room is the cozy bedroom with a Kingsize bed, a dressing table and a wardrobe. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet are accessible through the corridor and will be well equipped for your trip! Our bathroom has a shower, washing machine, floor heating. Shops, bars, restaurants and public transport are all in less than 5 mins walking distance- we are happy to give recommendations for either the neighbourhood or the rest of Vienna- should it be for shopping, food, going-out or anything else :-) Guest access You'll be able to access the entire flat. This is not a flat solely used for Air Bnb, but we also live in it so please, please take good care of our home! We want you to enjoy your time in Vienna - you can play records on our record player, read our books or watch Netflix. Just as long as you take good care of everything. Parties are not permitted in this flat. Other things to note We are flexible with any changes regarding Check-In or the booking dates- please just contact me and we will find a solution.
