Welcome to this secluded 18th century house, not overlooked and adjoining another cottage. This one, labeled 3 stars, gîte de France, is tastefully furnished on a very beautiful garden. You can hear the birds singing, the woodpecker pecking. You will be away from the world, perfect for finding serenity and re-enchantment. The forest is nearby, and the proximity to the 4-lane highway will quickly take you to the sea and other cultural discoveries. The space On the ground floor, south-facing kitchen, direct access to the terrace, forest view, toilet, washing machine and dryer; On the 1st floor, bedroom with 2 twin beds (90 x 190), bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet; On the 2nd floor, master bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, bathtub and sink. Separate toilet on the same floor. Linens and towels provided. Outside, 40 m2 full sun terrace with garden table and chairs. Weber charcoal BBQ and deckchairs. 5 minutes from the forest on foot, 5 minutes from the village and 25 minutes from the beach by car. Baby equipment available on request (baby bed without sheets, highchair, bathtub and safety gate). The house is available on the day of your arrival from 4pm until the day of your departure at 10am.
