House with a pool

Welcome to our home. We are located in Montelimar Sud, in a quiet subdivision not overlooked, separated from quiet neighbors by a hedge and close to all amenities. We have a pleasant, sunny outdoor area all day with a large terrace and a swimming pool. Our house is a single-story house, but access for people with reduced mobility is not possible due to steps. The space Our house is 150 square meters on one level. The living room is air-conditioned. The terrace overlooking the pool is west-facing (sunny until 8 p.m.). The pool is secured by an electric roller shutter. (We leave at your disposal a life jacket, floating vest, water sensor bracelet) A gas plancha is located outside. We will leave at your disposal 3 bedrooms, either: a master suite, a bedroom with a convertible double bed and a bedroom with a baby/child bed or a master bedroom and two bedrooms with a baby/child bed For people with allergies, we have a cat. It is autonomous, absolutely not aggressive, is not afraid of children and lives outside in the summer, but it could enter the house from time to time. Guest access The entire property is accessible except for one bedroom and a garage. We can make a garage available if you need to store your car or motorcycle
