Nestled in the heart of Puglia, just minutes from Monopoli, this countryside retreat offers tranquil surroundings, spacious outdoor areas and private parking. The shared pool, available at an extra cost, enhances the appeal of this strategically located haven. The space Casa Malù features two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom with shower, an additional outdoor shower, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the apartment enjoys exclusive use of two large terraces surrounded by greenery. The pool is shared with another apartment (maximum 6 people) and is available from June 1st to September 30th, except for the two weeks between August 1st and August 15th. The use of the pool incurs an additional fee on the daily rental price and must be booked in advance. The pool is open from 9 am to 7 pm. Other things to note The additional fee for access to the pool is €70 per day, to be calculated based on the total duration of the stay and to be booked in advance.
