Enjoy a renovated cottage located on the edge of the Signy-le-Petit forest. It is independent but very close to the Domaine de la Motte (playgrounds, indoor pool, various activities). You can benefit from its infrastructure in season (from April to November). Wonderful walks await you around the 3 nearby ponds. In summer, enjoy supervised swimming on the beach of the Étang de la Motte. Located in the Ardennes Natural Park, this cottage has it all. The space Accommodation for 6 people. Covered terrace with a garden table, 8 chairs and a storage bench. A barbecue and its utensils are at your disposal. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds and a MEZZANINE bedroom with a double bed). The living room sofa is also convertible into a bed. Sheets are included in the rental price as well as one towel per person. The beds are prepared for the day of your arrival. The property has electric radiators and a small wood stove. In winter, we provide a FIRST WOOD KIT for the beginning of your stay. The bathroom has a shower. The toilet is independent. The kitchen includes an electric stove (4 burners), dishwasher, microwave, fridge, small freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. A raclette and croque-monsieur are also available. There is NO traditional oven. Basic cooking equipment is provided. Some board games, books, and games for children are available. A pet is accepted with prior request. A baby high chair is available in the accommodation. A folding bed is also available with prior request. Guest access The property has a lockbox for self check-in. Easy and free parking in the driveway close to your accommodation. The village center is 1 km away. There are 2 bakeries, a pharmacy, a tobacco bar and a Carrefour Express. The excellent restaurant "La hulotte" is also there. The accommodation is INDEPENDENT of the campsite but in season (from April to early November) all its infrastructure is accessible free of charge (except sauna and pedal kart which are paid). Other things to note The campsite facilities are open in season only (from the spring holidays until the end of the fall holidays). An electric charging station is available in the campsite (in season). Another is also available year-round in the village square (1 km from the accommodation). There is no electric charging possible via the cottage. Housekeeping fees are included in your rental. On the day of your departure, you are only asked to leave the accommodation in good condition.
