Welcome to this peaceful and stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Seven Springs! With an abundance of outdoor activities like golfing, skiing & snowboarding, swimming, hiking, and biking (just to name a few); plus festivals, state parks, sightseeing, spas, & restaurants and bars, there is entertainment for everyone in the Laurel Highlands no matter the season. This property can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably and provides all of your basic needs for a getaway in the mountains. The space On the main level of the condo, guests will find the primary bedroom, full bathroom, living area, and kitchen and dining area. The primary bedroom features a queen size bed for 2 people and large flat screen smart TV. A newly remodeled full bathroom is located nearby and is shared with all guests on the main level. Nearby, guests will also find a washer and dryer that is available for their use. Down the hallway, the living area, kitchen, and dining area are open to one another. The living area has plush leather couches for lounging in front of the cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a large smart TV. The dining table offers comfortable seating for 4-6 guests. The kitchen is newly remodeled and equipped with all of the supplies and tools that guests may need during their stay. A small balcony is accessible from the dining area. On the second floor, guests will find a loft with comfortable seating and a single bed, as well as a full bathroom and a second bedroom. The bedroom offers sleeping accommodations for 3 people with a full size bed and an elevated twin bed. The nearby full bathroom has been completely remodeled. Please note: guests will be required to walk down two sets of stairs from the parking lot to get to the ground level entrance of the condo. After entering the condo, guests will be required to walk up two sets of stairs to access the main floor of the condo. Guest access Guests may enjoy the entire condo to themselves. The condo is part of a Homeowner's Association so some amenities are shared with other community members such as the outdoor swimming pool and sports courts. Guests may use the swimming pool and sports courts at their leisure and at no additional cost. The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally (Memorial Day Weekend through the second weekend after Labor Day Weekend). The hours of operation are 7 days/week, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Guests also have free access to the resort shuttle. During the winter season, the shuttle runs on a continuous route and stops at all of the designated bus stops in Swiss Mountain. The Winter hours of operation are as follows: Fridays: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 2:00 AM Sundays: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM During the Summer, the shuttle bus service operates on an "on-call" basis. Guests can call the resort's main phone number and ask the operator for the shuttle service.
