Less than a mile away from downtown Rockport, which includes restaurants, bars, boutiques and more. Only 1.5 miles away from Rockport Beach & boat ramp. Market days & other annual events are set up here as well. Only a short drive to HEB, Wal-Mart, bait shops, fishing piers, the bay, parks, marina, local attractions & more. Pearl Retreat is very welcoming/cozy with chic coastal decor and TONS of natural lighting. Great for larger groups and families, comfortably sleeps 8. INDOOR SPACE -3 Bedroom/3 Full Bath; furnished with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed & 1 Bunk bed with 2 Full size mattresses *Can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults! -Kitchen is fully equipped and has all of the essentials needed for your stay -Laundry room with washer and dryer OUTDOOR SPACE -Large covered carport that can easily fit 3 + cars for parking. Please NO PARKING in grass. -5 Burner gas BBQ PIT- We refill propane tank when we can, but if empty you will need to provide/refill as it is not always supplied -Large outdoor dining area ***Boat Parking upon request. Guests have the entire house to themselves except one closet in one of the bedrooms, it holds extra supplies and remains locked at all times. We are available anytime! Don't mind them, they will promptly do their job and leave.
