Welcome to Pearl Retreat! Our home is conveniently located in the heart of Rockport, TX. Just minutes away from everything that our charming community has to offer. Less than a mile away from downtown Rockport, which includes restaurants, bars, boutiques and more. Only 1.5 miles away from Rockport Beach & boat ramp. Market days & other annual events are set up here as well. Only a short drive to HEB, Wal-Mart, bait shops, fishing piers, the bay, parks, marina, local attractions & more. The space Pearl Retreat is very welcoming/cozy with chic coastal decor and TONS of natural lighting. Great for larger groups and families, comfortably sleeps 8. INDOOR SPACE -3 Bedroom/3 Full Bath; furnished with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed & 1 Bunk bed with 2 Full size mattresses *Can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults! -Kitchen is fully equipped and has all of the essentials needed for your stay -Laundry room with washer and dryer OUTDOOR SPACE -Large covered carport that can easily fit 3 + cars for parking. Please NO PARKING in grass. -5 Burner gas BBQ PIT- We refill propane tank when we can, but if empty you will need to provide/refill as it is not always supplied -Large outdoor dining area ***Boat Parking upon request. Guest access Guests have the entire house to themselves except one closet in one of the bedrooms, it holds extra supplies and remains locked at all times. Other things to note - Self check in w/key pad entry - WiFi - STREAMING television services including; Emby (cable service), PLEX (Movies & TV shows) , HBO MAX, Hulu, Netflix and many more. Some may require your subscription credentials. - Pack N Play with bassinet attachment and changing table attachment - Highchair - Kids foldable picnic table - IRON and ironing board - Hairdryer - DUO coffee machine- Coffee pot and single serve with K-cup - Crockpot - Airfryer - 5 Burner BBQ PIT- GAS - Door connected to bedroom and exits to carport is not in use and remains closed/locked at all times. - To help better your stay and keep the property beautiful we have a lawn service that comes every 2 weeks. Don't mind them, they will promptly do their job and leave.
