It is a 5 storey walk up flat (no lift & swimming pool). The house is at ground floor. Parking is at level 3. Guest access After confirmed booking & payment you can see how to access the guest house in the self Check-In instruction 1 day before your arrival. The backyard can also be used as main entrance if you are walking from the street parking. If you dont like going down & up the staircase just park your car at the street parking outside (just infront of the guest house. You can see your car from the house). Then enter tru the guard house side entrance to the back of the building. Don't forget to take the key from the lockbox first before entering from the backyard. Other things to note 1. No party or event allow (I have seen my guest doing a family gathering where there are more than 20 people inside the house. That is not allow) 2. Keep the noise down especially at night. Please respect the neighbours around. 3. Please take off shoes outside the house. 4. It is a 5 storey medium cost flat with affordable price comfortable for family of 5 (max 8 people with floor bed).
