Explore the Catskills, Hudson, Hunter, and Windham mountains for outdoor activities. The location is perfect for hiking all seasons with beautiful foliage in the fall. Spring/summer you can enjoy the community’s swimming pools, more hiking, antiquing, and local farms & vineyards. The space 7 rooms, with 6 bedrooms and one room used as an office. First floor - 1 bedroom with queen sized bed, full sized bathroom, and the office Second floor - 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds, 1 bedroom with a king sized bed, 1 master bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. A full bath also located on the second floor. Basement - recreational area with a pool/ping pong table, and a full bathroom. The house features a large living and dining room area to entertain, great for large groups. Fully equipped large kitchen, as well as a bbq grill/picnic table and fire pits in the large open backyard. Enjoy the community lake, pool and tennis courts within walking distance from the house in the Sleepy Hollow Lake community. Guest access You will have the house to yourself. Other things to note PET INFO We are a pet friendly rental, but would ask that you adhere to the following rules during your stay: -If your dog likes to sleep on the bed or other furniture, please use the dog blankets that are provided by the staircaes. -We have a fenced in dog-run on the property, but the rest of the property is unfenced. Unless your dog is well-trained, please keep your dog on a leash at all times in the yard. - Please clean up after your pet by picking up poop. By booking our place you agree that you are fully responsible for your dog’s behavior while you are home & while you are not home. COMMUNITY RULES The Home is located within Sleepy Hollow Lake Community. Guests are required to complete a form acknowledging community guidelines, and to register vehicles. Guests will be provided with wristbands and vehicle passes to access community amenities.
