Its located on the first floor above a clothing shop (there isnt a lift). It sleeps up to 4 people comfortably with one king size bed and two small doubles. With free wifi, new smart tv, dishwasher, microwave, 2hairdryers and all linen, also beach towels. There is no parking but there are 4 car parks close by including one opposite The space This 2 bedroom apt has been lovingly refurnished to a high standard with the guests comfort and satisfaction in mind. We want our guests to feel at home and enjoy all the apartment has to offer It is a spacious, airy and sunny space with high ceilings making it cool in the warmer weather and good heating ensures a warm cosy place in the winter. Double glazing means there is very little road noise or from those pesky seagulls. You are able to open the Windows in the lounge and main bedroom if required. There are no outdoor windows in the second bedroom , just a high narrow window into the lounge. Included in the apt are a new smart tv, free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, microwaves, 2 hairdryers, a king size bed in master bedroom and two small doubles in the second bedroom. A selection of teas and coffees , slippers, as there is A wooden floor througout, toiletries, towels, beach towels and of course tea towels. A cool bag and bottle holder for picnics. Guest access The apartment is self contained with no outside areas . Other things to note The apartment is on the 1st floor ( no lift) above a shop in the High Street. There are 3 other apartments in the building. There are a number of convenient car parks close by. The nearest is an NCP directly opposite the apartment that charge £12.00 for 24 hours in the winter or £15.00 in the summer. There are also 2 car parks at the bottom of the town that provide free overnight parking. On case of allergies .... There is a no pets policy, but as the owner I do occasionally take my non moulting dog with me to the apt. The apartment is always cleaned thoroughly and my dog is not allowed on the furniture.
