The room is just a 5-minute ride from Tambaram Railway Station which will quickly commute you to major locations like Guindy,Vandalur, Chennai airport, the shoppers paradise - T.Nagar till dropping you at the breezy Marina without the hassles of traffic. An extra bonus if you are a dog lover. Caesar, our Chief Sniffing Officer, would be happy to host you (only if you entertain him thru belly rubs) The space Niram is only a minute walk from main road and there are many restaurants around to try south indian cuisine!!We got you covered with super market,bike rentals,pharmacy, coffee shop,outlets like zudio,levis, max all in a 100 metre radius. *** The kitchen floor has weathering tiles. Guest access Access to the room and kitchnette space is only for the guest. The open terrace is a common space.Guests are not allowed in the watertank area. Other things to note ->The room is located on the third floor and lift is not available ->The kitchen floor is made of natural weathering clay tiles, which are known to change color and appearance during the monsoon season due to moisture and natural oxidation. The variation in shade is a natural process and not due to dirt or lack of cleaning. ->no power backup -> maid is available only for certain time in the mornings. ->>Guests must message me and get confirmation before booking if they require flexible timing. ->Free street parking is available nearby, subject to availability. Parking is not on the premises.
