T2 Annecy: a cocoon with unobstructed mountain views

Ideal little cocoon to come and discover Annecy, its mountain landscapes, its colorful city center and its lake! Its major asset: magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. I live at home on weekdays during the year but am very often away on weekends and will be away all of August so the apartment will be 100% available for you. See you soon! Maé The space Please note that the accommodation is located on the 3rd and top floor without elevator access. The apartment has a bedroom, a large living room open to a dining room, a small bathroom and an equipped kitchen. The sofa is convertible (comfortable), the accommodation can accommodate up to 4 guests, including 2 in the living room. I do not have the necessary equipment and have fragile objects, so I do not want to accommodate children under 10 years old. A small common garden in the residence is available in addition to the balcony to have the outside (garden furniture, drying rack in the sun, small vegetable squares). Close to the small town center Novel (all amenities: Carrefour City, bank, florist etc.) with bakery at the foot of the building. Guest access By car: The surrounding streets are all free and I park there every day without any problem, parking is really easy (no assigned space). A secure bike garage is available. You are 5 minutes from the lakeside parking lots and the train station in the center. By bus: A bus line (4) connecting to the city center is present downstairs from the building. There are shuttles all summer on Annecy to get around. By bicycle: Ideal for reaching the city center (7 minutes) or the shores of the lake (7 minutes), possibility to rent easily in the city.
