Bedroom 1 has a double bed with a en-suite Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a sofa bed ( duvet & pillow not provided for the sofa bed) only the double bed as shown in photos. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. A living room with a sofa bed (duvet& pillow not provided) smart tv which you can you your personal account for Netflix, BBC iPlayer etc. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower head and screen, toilet and sink. Guest access Access via a key safe. Code will be sent a hour before check in. Other things to note There is a patio area but please note it needs some TLC (You can still access the area) No pets or parties No unauthorised guests. Please consider the neighbours so no loud music after 10pm during the week. Other things to note Kindly ensure to recycle your plastics, food tins, drink cans, mixed paper and cardboard, and mixed glass bottles and jars using the appropriate bin. If the bins are full, please utilise the clear bags (marked with "back writing") for your recyclables. These should be securely tied and placed outside the door on the pavement. Please note, the green bin is exclusively for black bags containing general waste and should not be used for the clear bags. Please dispose of general waste and food waste in the bin marked for general waste. If this bin reaches capacity, you may tie up the waste and place it in the green bin located outside the front door. We kindly request that you avoid leaving any rubbish in the garden.
