**couch has changed from pics. Stay not affected. Hi! My name is Sarah and I host a few nights in the month. It's a 1-bhk so I will give the bedroom to the guest & I will take the living room. It's in the Mimico area. Shared space for 1 female guest only as I live here & it's for safety reasons. Bedroom with a lock is private for the guest. Long windows throughout, lots of sunlight. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, balcony is shared only with me. Bus stop & streetcar right below the building. The space Where do you sleep? You will sleep in the bedroom with a double bed, side table, full windows, lamp, etc. and I will clear some space to hang clothes in the closet. Where will I sleep? In the living room for the nights I have a guest. I have a portable mattress. As such, I can host short stays of a few nights only. Your privacy The room comes with a privacy lock. You won't need it as you'd be sharing the common spaces just with me. However, room has a door and a lock inside. Some things to keep in mind: No desk in the room you'd be staying. The closet in the bedroom will have my stuff but I will take all the things I need for the few nights. I can't empty the full closet per guest but will clear some space for you. Common spaces Kitchen: shared with me. Only to make light breakfast. Happy to provide tea and coffee. No cooking permitted for meals and stuff. You have access to the microwave, toaster, dishes, cutlery, etc. Fridge will also have space to keep any leftovers you may have. Bathroom: shared with me. Towel and soap will be provided. Living room: shared with me. I do work from home a few days in the week and my desk is here. The type of guest this place is for? Someone visiting the city for a few days and has things to do outside in the day. A guest who needs a clean and quiet place to shower and sleep. Parking: I can give you a visitor pass for up to 2-3 nights of your stay but not more as I get limited ones. Parking in my visitor area is limited so if it's full for the eve/night (especially on weekends), you'll have to find parking. There is a paid public underground garage right opposite the building. On a weekend that garage is typically full too so there is another one at a plaza which would be a 5 min walk to the condo. If you're here on a week night, a spot should be available. Please note I cannot guarantee a spot (on any day) but especially on the weekends given it's first come first serve. I will ensure you have a comfortable stay. Other things to note Check-in: Mon-Fri: flexible. Can check you in anytime after 2pm. If you need an earlier check-in, just ask me. Sat-Sun: flexible anytime from 10am to 11pm. Please check with me. I won't be able to check you in too late e.g. 1am or 2am on any day. Check-out: 11am. Please leave the key on the kitchen counter if I'm not home. NO third-party bookings will be accepted. The guest who books will stay here, I will not be accepting any bookings on someone else's behalf.
