With its own balcony area, the apartment is perfect for 2, & can accommodate up to 3 or even 4 by using the comfy sofa-bed. With a double bedroom, sitting room, bathroom & small basic kitchenette, this is an ideal place for relaxation & holidays. Immediate access to miles of wild open countryside & the coast. Ideal for walkers, surf, beach lovers, & simply relaxing. The space The apartment is bright & comfortable, in a great location just a short walk or a two minute drive down to the beach. The apartment is welcoming, all bed linen & shower towels are provided and there is free inclusive wifi. It is on the 1st level which gives the beautiful views. There is everything you need, a double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space, a shower room, a sitting room with balcony access & lovely sea views, a very comfy big sofa which also converts to a double bed if needed, a smart TV & a dvd player + dvds. The simple kitchenette area provides a double electric hob, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, cafetiere, small table & chairs. It is a lovely simple & relaxing place to stay, perfect for a holiday, a short break, a surf trip or a longer stay whatever suits you best. There is also use of an extra outside area downstairs with seating & bbq. Parking is free on the private road outside. Guest access The apartment is private and only for guest use. The access and part of the balcony is shared with other guests. The outside garden space is shared with other guests. There are only two apartments and never a crowd. This apartment is not suitable for young children. This is a quiet hours property from 10pm to 7am and is also a family home. Other things to note All bed linen & bath towels are provided. We also provide a starter toilet roll. Please bring beach towels or rent from Pip for your stay. Please note there is no baths, only showers.
