A modern and cosy guest suite in the heart of the Sunshine Coast, mid way between the coastal beaches and the scenic hinterlands. We strive to offer a great experience and many of our bookings are returning happy guests. The space Your Gateway to The Sunshine Coast Hinterland - this stunning guest suite has been purpose built to host! From the moment you step into the apartment you will be delighted by the fresh, modern space- with extra tall ceilings and wood tone floors. Soft furnishings throughout and many thoughtful additions. Our apartment is situated on a quiet Woombye street, only minutes from the picturesque Sunshine Coast Hinterland but still within 15 minutes to sandy beaches - the best of both worlds! Please note: While this one bedroom guest suite does offer space for up to 4 guests to sleep in, it's much more suited for 3 adults or 2 adults 2 kids etc. due to compact size. The generous sized bedroom features an incredibly comfortable European pillow top mattress on a queen sized bed, fresh, crisp-white linens and a selection of pillows for all guests, plus extra comforters and throw blankets. Bedside tables with drawers conveniently containing universal adapters for phone chargers etc. Storage drawers and hanging facilities for clothing and bookshelf with reading materials. *On request we can offer a portacot to families. In the living area you will find a large 55” smart TV with Chromecast and DTV so you can keep up with all your regular shows as well as a comfortable lounge that pulls out into a double bed with inner-spring mattress. *Extra bedding for pull out bed (sheets, pillows, comforter, quilt etc) available on request. In the kitchen we offer a full sized fridge, a built in induction cooktop plus many additional appliances to ensure a comfortable stay, a convection microwave oven, sandwich press, air-fryer, slow cooker and a toaster, plus of course coffee and tea amenities, plus many pantry basics. Ample dinnerware, cutlery, glassware, utensils and serving plates and bowls. The fresh modern bathroom includes everything you would expect, toilet with extra toilet paper, a shower stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner etc, a good sized mirror, ample lighting, extra towels, hand towels, face washers plus personal care items incase you happen to forget yours. In addition to the above we also offer an iron, ironing board, garment steamer, first aid kit, vacuum cleaner etc. Guest access Guest access is available through your own private entrance to the right hand side of the main house. Please note there is an inclined slope on the driveway leading up to the entrance, this may pose accessibility concerns for guests with limited mobility. Other things to note We are a small family who live upstairs from the guest suite. The guest suite has been built with extra sound insulation to ensure minimal sound travel.
