The building has 24-hour security with an on-site concierge to help you with building amenities, calling a taxi, booking a massage, or renting the on-site bicycles. We also provide an onsite property manager who can help you with the apartment and any other questions you have about Tulum. If you like to exercise on vacation, the building includes an air-conditioned 2 floor gym with cardio machines, weights, and an area for yoga & stretching. There are also bicycles on-site that you can rent for free from the front desk with an ID. To relax, head to the spa where you can enjoy the sauna or a massage. Or head to the outdoor movie theater in the lobby to watch the latest film. (Check with the front desk for the movie schedule) Other things to note Please be advised that Tulum is a rapidly growing city with construction nearby that could cause noise and other inconveniences. We have a backup UPS in the apartment to support Wifi and charging during any power interruptions.
