That includes both bedrooms, the living room and kitchen, the hot tub, sauna, fire pit, hammocks, private pier and beach area, and all the water toys. Check-in is self check-in with a smart lock at your private entrance. Your door code is activated once your rental agreement is signed and your security deposit hold is in place.
