Our house of about 210 m2 is made for you! 150 m from the sea and 800 m from the port, it is ideally located and equipped with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The space The house, which we leave at your disposal in our absence, consists of: >>On the ground floor: - A SPACIOUS living room of more than 55 m2 including living/dining room/kitchen. - A large BEDROOM with a double bed of 160 cm and its private BATHROOM (shower). - Separate toilet. - A TERRACE with garden furniture (installed on sunny days). >>On the 1st floor: - A first BEDROOM with a double bed of 160 cm and its private BATHROOM (bathtub). - A second BEDROOM with a double bed of 160 cm and also its private BATHROOM (shower). - Separate toilet. - OFFICE area. ⚠️ Good to know: Two rooms will be locked because we store our personal belongings. Guest access - You can park for free in our private parking lot (3 cars maximum).
