Both bedrooms have dresser, nightstand with phone charger ports and Smart TV’s. ★ Fresh-Brewed Coffee | Coffee Bar You have a large refrigerator/freezer to store all your favorite beverages and food. Lots of cabinets to store munchies, a microwave to heat up your leftovers, blender, crock pot, hand mixer and a coffee bar area with a K-cup coffee maker as well as a 12 cup pot to get your morning caffeine fix. All dishes, pots, pans and a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and hand soap are provided. ★ Updated Home! This home has laminate and tile floors throughout. All furniture and appliances are less then a year old. Large sectional couch with extra seating in the living room. As well as an electric fireplace, a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV, sound bar and DVD player along with lots of movies for that day you stay in. A cozy table for 2 by the coffee bar to check the weather and make plans for your day. French doors off the kitchen leading to a game room. Air hockey, foosball table and board games with a loveseat to sit while waiting for your turn with the winner. There’s even a dedicated makeup and hair drying/styling area off the 2nd bathroom. When you reserve with us, to make your trip truly memorable and easy we have a detailed list of things to do in the area, places to eat, shop, banks, churches, car washes as well as hair and nail salons in a book on the island. Our home is ALWAYS professionally maintained, sanitized and clean! ★ Easy Parking, Entry & Security Room for up to 4 cars, and maybe a small boat. Touch-key entry. We have Video security for the front and back yard and a video doorbell. No cameras are located inside house. Guest access The entire house is yours when vacationing here. There is a keypad on the front door and a code is sent to you prior to check in. A key along with a garage door opener will be left on the kitchen island for your use. When checking out key and garage door opener must be returned on island. Missing key will be a charge of $100 (the price for locksmith to rekey). Missing garage door opener charge $85. Doorbell camera to protect our property when vacant and to be sure guests don’t exceed guest limit. Other things to note You must be 25 to rent - no exceptions. No pets. Please use the provided coasters on all furniture. Do not place wet towels or clothing on furniture. Ladies please use make up remover pads not wash cloths to remove your makeup. Linens with makeup stains that will not wash out will result in a charge to you. Please nothing but toilet paper in toilet. No wipes or feminine hygiene products they will damage the sewer system. If you smoke there is ashtray on front porch. No smoking or vaping inside house or garage.
