Cozy vacation home in beautiful Burgenland

We do NOT rent to YOUTH GROUPS, HEN PARTIES, groups who want to celebrate boisterous parties. Unfortunately, dogs, cats, other pets are not welcome. We are happy to welcome you and at the same time ask you to live in our vacation home with respect. We also ask that you avoid making loud noises outdoors after 10:00 pm. Thank you for your understanding! Our price includes all taxes and local taxes. The space Our house is located in a residential cul-de-sac, on one side there are neighbors, on the other a large meadow. The cottage has a beautiful garden, 2 large terraces with large dining table, hanging chair, seating set and barbecue. You will stay and sleep in a very nice and cozily furnished living room with an open fireplace, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Our kitchen is well furnished and equipped with all appliances (stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer compartment) In the basement there is a large table tennis room, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and the third small bedroom. Guest access The whole house is at the guests' disposal. Parking is available opposite the house on a spacious turnout. Next to the front door is a key box. The code will be provided in good time. In the garden there is a pond with very little water! Nonetheless, caution is advised with small children, as well as with possible climbing on the balcony railing or going down stairs! Other things to note Since we are very attached to our cottage, we ask our guests( families and couples) to act mindfully and with respect. DOGS (pets)ARE NOT ALLOWED!!! One of our kids is highly allergic to animal hair! Please also pay some attention to the neighbors, especially AFTER 10 p.m.!!! Lockenhaus is a wonderful spot of Burgenland: Since autumn 2022, Lockenhaus has offered the opportunity to explore the area with MOUNTAIN BIKES on great trails. The castle with castle lake, the nice village with the beautiful church( with added Esterhazysitz and the largest organ in the Burgenland, forests, hiking trails through cereal and sunflower fields, the written stone, the nearby Rechnitz with fantastic SWIMMING LAKE , wonderful heurigen guest houses, vineyards in the well-known red wine region of Central Burgenland, a great swimming pool with slide and children's pool leave nothing to be desired. Lockenhaus is about 1 hour from Vienna and Graz, as well as from Lake Neusiedlersee, The Hungarian border can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. All in all, worth a trip!
